Services performed at your home or your business are guaranteed based on the work that is performed. Any hardware that is purchased from us and installed by us is covered under the manufacturers warranty. If there is a failure during the warranty period, we will facilitate the warranty replacement based on the manufacturers terms. We provide no additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer specifies for their product.

Unfortunatly, no anti virus software is 100% effective. Viruses and spyware do not appear on their own. A computer becomes infected through various means such as opening e-mail attachments and from links on infected web sites. For repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, we will determine on a case-by-case basis how to proceed if you become infected again, and; only if current anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your computer is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the internet. We will try to pinpoint how you became infected with the virus and instruct you as to how to avoid becoming infected again.

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The technician must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

Please consult with our web designer regarding any web design / website related inquiries. Each website and company is different, therefore, the time to complete a site from start to finish will depend on the number of pages you need re-done, the amount of verbiage and imagery, graphic design/logo needs, and website requirements. Websites with 6 or less pages (including home page) with no domain transfers, hosting transfers, or Google add-ons will generally be completed in 2-3 weeks. Websites of 6 pages or more will need a detailed plan in place before a final completion date can be made.
